Exciting to look at especially to the untrained eye. On closer obsevation you see apparatus on the front bucket that I think locks the machine to the railcar so it cannot tip. Once it is locked its not really that big a deal to an experienced operator. The machine is designed for unloadind the railcar. Its the second one Ive seen. Still looks cool.
